Payment of Services
We only accept Cash or Personal Checks. We do not accept credit cards or debit cards at our studio or for our mobile services.
Appointment Policy
All appointments are held confirmed with a valid credit card number at time of booking.
Be sure to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to you scheduled appointment time. If you arrive late for your appointment we can not guarantee your tanning session and will be considered a “no show” by forfeiting your booking fee.
Cancellations For In-Studio Appointment Cancellations: If you must cancel or change your In-Studio tanning appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time in order to avoid being charged a $15.00 fee.
Cancellations within 24 hours prior to a scheduled tanning appointment will be charged a $15.00 fee. No shows will also be charged a $15.00 fee. Same-day tanning appointments will be charged a $15.00 fee with no refund.
Please note that if you arrive late for your tanning appointment, it will end as scheduled so as not to delay the next scheduled guest.
For Mobile Appointment Cancellations: If you must cancel or change your Mobile tanning appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time in order to avoid being charged a $15.00 fee.
Cancellations within 24 hours prior to a scheduled Mobile tanning appointment will be charged a $15.00 fee.
Gift Certificates Gift certificates are not refundable.
Gratuities No service charge or gratuity has been added to your bill. Quality service is customarily acknowledged with a tip of 15%-20%.
Group Tanning Parties/Events
Private tanning parties bring people together in a fun environment. Sunset Mist Tan is pleased to host group tanning events including, birthday parties, bridal or shower the bride parties, ladies night out, or just friends group at our location or a location of your choice.
Please contact us and we will customize any package for you and your group. Lunch can be arranged and delivered by a highly recommended local caterer. We recommend reserving your day as far ahead as possible in order for us to accommodate your desired services.
If you wish to bring outside food and beverage a surcharge will be added to your bill. After services have been finished your party is welcome to stay with additional charges of $25 per half hour. We require 7 days cancellation notice for parties. Cancellations less then 7 days, 50% of services will be charged. Less then 72 hours, 100% will be charged.
